All bookings are subject to availability.

To book, please fill in the form below.

You will be contacted by email within one week, but usually within a few days.
If you do not have email, write "none" in the form and you will be contacted by telephone.

Full payment will be required by at least one week before your event.

Note that for bookings of 2hs or over add ½hr before for set-up and ½hr afterwards for clean-up (both complimentary).

Your booking date and time will not be secured until payment or a deposit has been made.
You can pay by delivered cash, cheque or online bank transfer. Please indicate on the form your payment preference and you will receive details of how to pay.
Once you have paid in full, you will receive instructions on how to gain access to the hall.

If you wish you view the hall look for a free time on the calendar that suits you and include a request with your booking.

If you cancel payments or deposits will be refunded in full provided two weeks notice has been given prior to the booked date.
