Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

We regret that we no longer allow the hall to be hired for parties past 9pm or for longer than 3 hours or due to the high risk of damage. 

To book, first please check the Calendar for available timeslot(s):

Please do not try to book slots that are already booked out. 
People are doing this far too often. It means one of our volunteers has to construct an email explaining the hall is unavailable, wasting our time and yours.  

Then fill in the form below.

You will be contacted by email within one week, but usually within a few days, to confirm or reject your booking request.

If you do not have email, write "None" in the form and you will be contacted by telephone.

Full payment will be required at least two weeks before your event.

Note that for bookings of parties 2 hours or over add ½hr before for set-up and ½hr afterwards for clean-up (both complimentary).

Your booking date and time will not be secured until full payment has been made.

You can pay by cheque or online bank transfer. Please indicate your payment preference on the form and you will receive details of how to pay.

Once you have paid in full, you will receive instructions on how to gain access to the hall.

If you wish you view the hall, please look for a free time on the Calendar that suits you and include a request with your booking.

If you cancel, payments or deposits will be refunded in full provided two weeks notice has been given prior to the booked date.

All bookings require agreement to Yoxall Village Hall Terms and Conditions of Hire.
