Who we are
The Yoxall Village Hall is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Charity number 1205788 - previously Yoxall Haslington Village Institute 221859) and is run by unpaid volunteers. It is a great venue and this is down to the dedication of the Yoxall Trustees (and Volunteers) who manage it and the vigilance and co-operation of the Yoxall Hirers who use it. The hire charges are reasonable because the management work is mainly done for free.
Being a Trustee has certain legal obligations, mainly to ensure that the Yoxall does not get into debt.
Hirers of the Yoxall also have an obligation to look after the facilities when they use them.
The Trustees and Volunteers meet at least 6 times a year. See Meetings for this year’s dates. The Trustees welcome anyone interested to these meetings. See Trustees & Volunteers for a list of the people running the Yoxall for the current year.
