Who we are

The Yoxall Village Hall is a registered charity (number 1205788 - previously number 221859) and is run by unpaid volunteers. It is a great venue and this is down to the dedication of the Yoxall trustees who manage it and the vigilance and co-operation of the Yoxall hirers who use it. The hire charges are reasonable because the management work is mainly done for free.

Being a trustee has certain legal obligations, mainly to ensure that the Yoxall does not get into debt. Hirers of the Yoxall also have an obligation to look after the facilities when they use them.

The trustees form a management committee that meets at least 4 times a year. See Committee meetings for this year’s dates. The committee welcomes anyone interested to these meetings. See Committee members for a list of trustees for the current year.

For further details of how the committee works, see How the Yoxall is Run.
